Business-To-Business. A business transaction that occurs between two
companies, as opposed to a transaction involving a consumer. The
term may also describe a company that provides goods or services for
another company for business use or resale (retail), for example,
between the producers and their agents.
B2B
selling is drastically different from B2C selling since the
purchaser is another business rather than an individual consumer.
B2C,
Business-To-Consumer. A B2C company sells goods or services directly
to the consumers for only personal consumption. A consumer is a
buyer of products that are not business related.
B2C
is an abbreviated term for business to consumer marketing. Business
to consumer marketing is when a business markets their products to a
consumer market. B2C products include goods and services such as
food, clothes, cars, houses, phone services, credit repair services,
etc.
O2O,
online to offline, which means finding consumers online and brings
them into real-world stores. It is an e-commerce model different
from B2C, B2B and C2C. O2O concept. The consumer can purchase and
make online payment, while the store can push the store information,
promotion, products or services to consumer directly. The most
important feature in o2o is, the PROMOTIONAL effect and every
transaction is TRACEABLE.
Online Pre-payment is the core value of O2O. The findings show that,
the proportion for offline shopping in United States has reached
92%. This is because of most of the service cannot send to consumer
via courier, more importantly, delivery via courier doesn¡¯t bring
about happiness of social experience.
On the other hand, in O2O model, the products and services can be
displayed, and the consumer can make ¡°online pre-payment¡± for the
products or services as well. Moreover, there will be offer more
options and choices for consumers. Also, the consumers can compare
and select the most exciting services online, thus can enjoy a more
appropriate services in accordance with the consumer culture. Apart
from this, most of the o2o business will use different promotion to
attract consumers to make online payment and this has reduced
consumer spending.
